丙烯酸甲酯与竹原纤维的接枝共聚及表征

摘要 以Ce4+为引发剂,研究了丙烯酸甲酯(MA)与竹原纤维的非均相接枝共聚反应。分析了单体浓度、Ce4+浓度、介质酸度、反应时间和温度对接枝率的影响,确定了最佳接枝反应条件。结果表明:[MA]=0.18mol/L,[Ce4+]=0.01mol/L,[H+]=0.07mol/L,时间3~4h,温度为40℃时,接枝率较高。并用ATR、SEM、XRD和TG对接枝纤维进行了表征,接枝后纤维结晶度下降,热稳定性能提高。 Heterogeneous Graft copolymerization of methyl acrylate (MA) onto natural bamboo fiber using Ce^4+ as initia- tor was produced.This paper discussed and optimized the influence of processing factors as monomer concentration, initiator concentration, H^+ concentration, treatment time and temperature on the grafting ratio. The results show that the optimum reaction conditions are as follows:the monomer concentration 0.18mol/L, the initiator concentration 0.01 tool/ L, H^+ concentration 0.07tool/L, treatment time 3-4 hours, temperature 40%. The graft-copolymer was represented by means of ATR, SEM, XRD and TG. The crystallinity of PMA-g-natural bamboo fiber was decreased and the thermal stability was increased.
