摘要 磷石膏是磷肥工业的排放废渣,文中提出了用氢气、一氧化碳或甲烷替代焦炭处理磷石膏的工艺构想,采用热力学软件对这4个过程的能耗进行了计算与分析,结果表明,新的磷石膏处理工艺过程能耗比传统的磷石膏制酸联产水泥工艺过程降低30%左右,且3个新工艺过程的能耗较为接近。通过对用甲烷部分氧化得到的还原性气体处理磷石膏新工艺与传统工艺的原料成本估算,发现前者的原料成本略低于后者,该新工艺构想前景广阔。 Phosphogypsum is a kind of waste from phosphorus fertilizer industry. The new processes for sulfuric acid production from phosphogypsum using H2, CO and methane were proposed. Calculation and analysis were made to the four processes at different temperatures using thermodynamics software. It was discovered that the energy consumption of the new processes was about 30% less than that of the traditional process, and there was little difference between the three new processes. The raw material costs of new process for deoxidization of phosphogypsum by the formed gases from partial oxidation of methane and traditional process were estimated. It shows that the former cost is slightly lower than that of the latter. So this new process is considered to be of good future.
