摘要
出于对低品位镍氧化矿资源经济利用的考虑,本研究探求处理低含量镍红土矿全湿法工艺。实验采用常压浸出技术,在浸出温度95℃和酸料比0.85∶1条件下,镍浸出率达到85%左右。采用Na2S作中和剂,镍回收率可达80%以上。
Proceed from the consideration the economic exploitation of the oxidize mineral resources to the lownickel laterites, this research investigate a kind of handle the mineral whole wet method process of the low content nickel Laterites. The experiment adoption Normal Atmospheric Leaching technique, under the condition at leaching 95 ℃ of a temperature and acid materiel ratio 0.85 : 1, the nickel leaching rate reach to 85 % or so. Adopt the Na2S makes to neutralisation, the nickel recovery rate can reach to 80 % above.
