重型起重机钢轨的手工电弧焊接

摘要 目前国内起重机钢轨的焊接方法通常采用气压焊、铝热焊和接触焊三种方法,这些焊接方法都需要有专用的焊接设备,由于沈阳冶金机械有限公司没有前三种焊接方法的焊接设备,如果购进这些设备需要几十万元,在公司的利用率又很低,而且工艺复杂,焊接费用高。文中采用手工电弧焊焊接技术来焊接E360(St70)钢轨,采取合理的焊接工艺,并配以相应的工装卡具,成功地解决了钢轨焊接的关键,既节省了专用设备的投资,保证产品质量,也提高了焊接生产效率。 The usually methods to weld railway of heavy - duty lifting machine are gas pressure welding, thermit welding and contact welding to date in the country. All of the three welding methods need appropriative welding equipment, but our companyhasn't any of these appropriative welding equipment. We will spend more money on the equipments if we buy the equipment, and the equipment utilization ratio is low in the company, moreover the welding technology very complex and the welding cost is high. The paper introduced a method of using manual metal arc welding method to weld E360 (St70) steel rail, the method adopt logical welding technology, and use corresponding clamp apparatus, succeed in solving the steel rail welding problem. Using the manual metal arc welding method not only saved the investment of appropriative welding equipments, ensured the production quality, but also increased the welding efficiency.
