本文总结了济宁电业局在实现变电站无人值班工作中的经验，突出了该局变电站无人值班的设计特点和运行管理模式，并对无人值班变电站运行与管理中的一些问题作了初步的探讨。
This paper summarizes the successfulexperience of realizing the non-attended substations and presentsthe design features, the operational modes and themanagement of these non-attended substations. Some problemswhich appear in the operation and management of non-attended substations are introductorily discussed.
