摘要
百万级大型水电厂接入云南电网后,使电网处于“大机组、小电网”的运行状态,从而出现了严重的稳定问题。本文简要地叙述了为解决此一问题而进行的《漫昆安全稳定控制系统的研究与实施》课题以及该系统投运之后起到的作用和取得的效果,即它不仅提高了电网的安全稳定水平,还收到一定的经济效益。
While the 5×250MW hydroelectric sets put into operation the special condition of Yunnan power system, i. e., the situation of high generation capability and weak configuration of grid, causes serious problems in power system security and stability. To solve these problems the Man-Kun security and stability control system should be developed and implemented. This paper presents the development and implementation of Man-Kun security and stability control system, describes the effect of using this system to improve the security and stability of Yunnan power system and the obtained economic benefit.
