摘要
通过对磁力起重器工作特性的研究,设计了机械式全自动防脱落安全保护机构,提出了磁力起重器在振动,断电的情况下安全保护的新方案,经分析计算,模型设计及试验,新的安全保护机构体现了良好的安全特性。
A new automatic falling-prevention safeguard system on magnetic crane has been desgined by studying the working characteristics of magnetic crane, moreover, a new plan, which can deal with the emergence of vibration and power failure has been proposed. After the computational analysis and the model design, the new automatic falling-prevention safeguard system show good safety performance in the experiment.
