摘要 目的观察健康教育对肺结核患者的心理影响与效果。方法采用SCL—90症状自评量表,对96例肺结核患者在健康教育后的心理状况分别进行调查,并与国内常模比较。结果入院时肺结核患者SCL—90的总均分、阳性项目、阳性症状总均分在入院时均高于常模,躯体化、强迫、抑郁、焦虑和恐惧因子均高于常模(P<0.01)。健康教育后,各项与常模相比,无显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论健康教育可以改善肺结核患者的心理状况。 Objective To observe the influences and effects of health education on mental of tuberculosis patients. Methods Using SCL - 90 self - rating symptom scale to investigate the mental status of 96 tuberculosis patients after health education, and comparing them with domestic normal model. Results The total average score, positive items and total average score of positive symptoms of SCL -90 of tuberculosis patients were higher than normal model when they hospitalized; somatization, forced, depression, anxiety and fear factors were also higher than normal model (p 〈0. 01 ). After health education, comparing every items with normal model, found there were no significant difference ( p 〉 0. 05 ). Conclusions Health education could improve the mental status of tuberculosis patients.
