单子叶植物内生菌多糖抗肿瘤免疫机制的研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的:研究单子叶植物内生菌多糖抗肿瘤活性免疫机制。方法:用MTT法检测单子叶内生菌多糖对荷瘤小鼠淋巴细胞上清中TNF-α、IL-2、IL-3活性的影响;用RT-PCR和凝胶图像吸收度分析系统检测IL-2mRNA、IL-3mRNA、TNFmRNA表达的影响。结果:单子叶植物内生菌多糖可提高荷瘤小鼠体内中的TNF、IL-2、IL-3含量显著明显增高(P<0.01或P<0.05)并使荷瘤小鼠巨噬细胞TNFmRNA和淋巴细胞IL-2、IL-3mRNA表达水平明显增强(P<0.05)。结论:单子叶植物内生菌多糖抗肿瘤活性机制可能与增强机体抗肿瘤免疫功能密切相关。 Objective: To study the anti-tumor immunological mechanism of polysaccharides of monocotyledons endophyte. Method: MTT assay was applied to determine the effect of polysaccharides of monocotyle- dons endophyte on the activity of TNF-α, IL-2 and IL-3 in lymphocyte supernatant of tumor bearing mice. Its effect on IL-2mRNA, IL-3mRNA and TNF mRNA expression was determined by RT-PCR and gel image absorbance analysis system. Results. Polysaccharides of monocotyledons endophyte could significantly increase the level of TNF, IL-2 and IL-3 in tumor-bearing mice(P〈0. 01 or P〈0. 05). It also could significantly improve the expression of TNF mRNA in macrophages as well as the expression of 1l-2 and IL-3 mRNA in lymphocytes of tumor bearing mice(P(0. 05). Conclusion: The mechanism of anti-tumor activity of polysaccharides of monocotyledons endophyte might be closely related to its effect of improving anti-tumor immunological function of the body.
