摘要
利用双波长薄层扫描法测定六合维生素中维生素B2的含量。确定扫描条件,ks439nm,λk,R640nm,维生素B2在6~18/μg线性关系很好,平均回收率99.81%,可作为复方制剂中维生素B2的含量测定方法。
To establish a method to determine Viamirfl3z in Vitamins With Minerals Pills by TLCS. Developer was chloroform-ethanol-acetic acid-water(60: 27 : 10: 4). Detection wavelength was 439nm and reference wavelength was 640nrn. The calibration curve was linear in the range of 6-18μg. The average recovery was 99.81%. This method can eliminate the interference of other components in pills, and is sensitive, simple and accurate for the determination of ViaminB2.
