摘要
目的:建立重大活动食品卫生监督量化评价指标体系,对接待单位食品卫生安全水平进行快速评价。方法:通过专家咨询和现场调查筛选指标,按指标框架加以整理,然后综合判断,确定接待单位食品卫生安全水平。结果:确定了"一票否决"指标11个,线性评价指标21个。结论:建立重大活动食品卫生监督量化评价指标体系,对及早判断接待单位能否胜任接待任务,提高食品卫生安全系数有着非常重要的意义。
Objective. To build the assessment indicators system of food Sanitation inspection and find the approach to guarantee the hygiene safety of important aetivities, Methods: According to the results of Delphi consulting and field investigation, the indicators were selected and eliminated and the rest were settled to the assessment structure and the comprehensive evaluation linear model was built. Results: The assessment indicators system to evaluate the food hygiene safety of important activities was built. It was constructed by eleven indicators of “if one indicator is disqualification then this hotel is disqualification” and twenty-one indicators of linear model Conclusion. The assessment indicators system can estimation the food hygiene level of important activities.
