摘要
本文探讨了消声器设计与正交试验。通过正交试验和试验分析,正确选取消声器参数,试制出性能较好的消声器样品。新试制的消声器各项性能均优于原机消声器。结果表明:正交试验能够节省研制费用、时间和工作量,并且可以优化消声器的设计。
This paper covers the design and orthogonal test of silencer. Via orthogonal test and test analysis, Choosing the parameter of silencer rightly, we had trial - manufactured the silencer of preferable performances. The new and trial - manufactured silencer excelled the silencer of original machine on each item of performances. The result indicates that orthogonal test can economize trial- manufactured expenditure, time and work load, and optimize the design of silencer.
