摘要 采用固相多股复合法研制了Ag-Ni纤维复合材料,考察镍纤维的直径大小和分布特征.结果表明镍纤维根数对材料的强度、硬度影响不大,但对延伸率有较大的影响.弹性模量的理论估算值和实测值吻合极好,抗张强度的理论估算值略低于实测值. Ag-Ni filamentary composite materials was produced by solid poly -filament composites technique. The characteristics of the magnitude distribution of the diameters of Ag-Ni filament were studied. The results revealed that the number of filament has slight effects on the strength and hardness of the material, but has great influence on enlongation. The elastic modulus of the material theoritically estimated agree well with the results obtained by experiments. The tensile stress of the material obtained from theory is lower slightly than that from the observation.
