摘要
介绍国际班轮市场传统管制体制,分析国际班轮市场管制的发展趋势,指出在后班轮公会时代,运营协议等将成为班轮公司主要的合作形式,并以国际航运协议科学分类和国际班轮市场管制趋势为基础,提出建立和完善中国国际航运市场竞争规则体系。
The paper introduced the international shipping regulation and analyzed its development trend. It pointed out that during the times of post-liner conference, operational agreements will become the main cooperation form among liners. Based on scientific classification and trend of development of shipping agreements, establishing and perfecting Chinese competition system in international shipping was proposed.
