摘要
通过分析近几年辽宁省沿海城市经济发展的数据,力求找出制约辽宁对外开放和经济发展的因素,寻求促进辽宁经济发展的财税对策。
This paper analyzed economic data of coastal cities＇ of Liaoning province, in order to ascertain factors which restrict Liaoning＇s opening and development, then, gave some countermeasures by means of finance and tax policies.
