摘要
介绍机场噪声规制的理论基础和措施,指出中国应借鉴国外的成功经验,建立完善的机场噪声规制的法律法规和规制机构,从多途径进行有效的机场噪声规制,并进行机场噪声收费,提高规制的水平和效果。
The paper introduced the theoretical basis and the countermeasures of airport noise. It pointed out that China government should take foreign successful experience as reference and set appropriate airport noise regulations and laws as well as institutions, and some specific airport noise management measures should be taken, in addition, airport noise charges should be introduced to China to mitigate airport noise.
