项目地区3岁以下儿童生长发育干预效果评价

The effect evaluation of project intervention measurements on growth and development of children under three years

目的:对项目地区儿童生长发育情况进行调查,评价项目干预措施对生长发育的影响,并提出更合理、有效建议。方法:在项目地区采用人口比例(PPS)抽样方法抽取样本,运用SPSS 13.0软件对资料进行统计分析。结果:2005年儿童低体重率、儿童生长发育迟缓率、儿童两周患病率、贫血率都明显低于2001年;儿童维生素A的普服率明显高于2001年。结论:项目的干预措施在一定程度上促进了项目地区儿童生长发育,改善了项目地区儿童的健康状况。

Objective： To investigate the situation of rural children under three years on growth and development, ana evaluate me effect of project intervention measurements on growth and development of children. Methods： Use PPS sampling method to select investigated children, then analyzed it through biostatistics methods. Results： The low weight rate, stunt rate, two week＇s morbidity and anemia rate in the year 2005 were significandy lower than the year of 2001 ; the rate of V - A supplementary in the year of 2005 was increased comparing with the year of 2001. Conclusion： The intervention measures have improved the situation of children growth and development.
