摘要
目的:探讨医院贵重中药的管理模式,完善医院对贵重中药的管理,落实"以患者为中心,以提高医疗服务质量为主题"的服务理念。方法:对我院贵重中药过去与现在的管理模式加以分析。结果与结论:调剂人员"全员参与,实耗实销"的开放式管理模式,能克服"专人专账"的封闭式管理模式的弊端,既加强了管理,又方便了患者,能适应当前医院发展的需要,是一种值得借鉴、参考的贵重中药管理模式。
OBJECTIVE: To discuss the management model for hospital costly Chinese medicine, consummate hospital' s management on the costly Chinese medicine, and to implement the idea of "putting patients a top priority and taking hospital service quality elevation as the subject" . METHODS: We analyzed the old and current management models for the costly Chinese medicine in our hospital. RESULTS & CONCLUSION: The open management model in which the dispensers had a full participation and real canceling from the account following real sale can avoid the disadvantages of "one - person and one - account" closed management model and help strengthen the management meanwhile providing convenience for patients, fur- thermore, it meets the needs of current hospital development, therefore, this management model for the costly Chinese medicine in the hospital deserves to be followed and referred to.
