摘要
针对富拉尔基发电总厂3号炉水冷壁管在运行中,连续发生多次氢腐蚀爆管的问题,分别从锅炉运行状况、水质、凝汽器泄漏的影响及炉内水处理方式等方面进行较为详细的分析。在此基础上,进一步分析腐蚀机理,指出爆管是由于炉管沉积物下介质浓缩发生氢腐蚀所致,并针对腐蚀、结垢的原因提出改进措施。
Water wall tube rupture owing to hydrogen corrosion of No.3 boiler in Fulaerji Power Plant is introduced. In view of this problem, the impacts of operating condition, water quality and condenser leakage as wall as the way of water treatment inside boiler are analyzed in detail. The further analyses of corrosion mechanism on this basis indicated that, the tube rupture resttlted from hydrogen corrosion due to medium concentration underneath the deposit of tubes. According to the causes for corrosion and deposit, the improvement measures are put forward.
