摘要
研究了一种适于氯化法钛白的高品质钛原料制备新工艺,可将电炉钛渣中TiO2品位提高到90%以上,MgO+CaO之和降到1.5%以下。工艺流程为电炉钛渣经过流态化氧化、还原改性后,再进行加压浸出除杂处理。主要探讨了温度、时间和浸出压力、浸出时间等参数对钛渣中TiO2品位等量的影响。
A new technology has been studied for preparing high grade titanium slag, of which TiO2 content is over 90%, and CaO + MgO total content are under 1.5%. And the technological flowsheet consists of fluidized oxidation and reduction modification for titanium slag, then impurity leaching with HCl under high pressure. The paper introduced the effect of temperature, time and the pressure of leaching on TiO2 content of titanium slag, and gets the optimal parameter of the technique.
