摘要
大唐国际宁德发电厂4号机组为超临界参数,运行中出现7号瓦的瓦振接近跳机值,5号瓦的轴振接近报警值。通过分析轴系振动的主要原因为:发电机基础问题、联轴器中心、安装质量问题等。通过调整中心,改善发电机底部接触情况,以及动平衡试验等综合治理,解决了轴系振动的难题。
In the operation of No.4 supereritical pressure steam turbine unit in Datang International Ningde Power Plant,the shell vibration of No.7 bearing approached tripping value,while the shaft vibration of No.5 bearing approached warning value.Through analysis,the main causes of shaft system vibration were:problems exiseted in the foundation of generator,alignment of coupling and erection quality etc.Throngh adjusting the center,improving the base contact of generator,as well as carrying out the dynamic balancing test ete.comprehensive handling measures,the shaft system vibration difficult problem was solved.
