The good effect was achieved,when the DG 440/13.7-112 type circulating fluidized bed（CFB）boiler burned Yima low grade coal.The paper briefs the combustion features and existing problems in the operation process of CFB boiler while burning Yima coal,as well as the optimization method in the actual operation process,for example,to raise the standard of vibrating screen,add the starting bed material,raise the bed pressure,control the bed temperature,slag disposal,and primary and secondary air quantity etc.
