广东省江门市褐云玛瑙螺和福寿螺广州管圆线虫感染情况调查

Study of Angiostrongylus Cantonensis Infection on Achatina Fulica and Ampullaria Gigas from Jiangmen City of Guangdong Province

[目的]了解江门市白沙工业区褐云玛瑙螺和福寿螺广州管圆线虫的感染情况。[方法]使用人工消化法对从上述地点采集的褐云玛瑙螺和福寿螺进行检查。[结果]共检查褐云玛瑙螺465只，福寿螺720只，广州管圆线虫第3期幼虫的阳性率分别为41．94％和1．81％；感染度分别为1～928和1～29。褐云玛瑙螺和福寿螺的螺体越大，其广州管圆线虫的感染率和感染度越高。[结论]江门市白沙工业区及其周围是广州管圆线虫自然疫源地。

[Objective]To understand the natural infection rate of Angiostrongylus cantonensis in Achatina fulica and Ampullaria gigas from countryside of Jiangmen district of Guangdong province. [Methods]With the Digestion Method, the Achatina fulica and Ampullaria gigas were transacted from the district. [Results]465 of Achatina fulica and 720 of Amp ullaria gigas were examined. Their infective rate of Angiostrongylus cantonensis are 41.94 % and 1.81 %,their infectiosity are 1-928 and 1-29 respectively. The larger in size Achatina fulica and Ampullaria gigas are, the higher their infective rate and infectiosity of Angiostrongylus cantonensis are. [Conclusion]Baisha industry base and neighborhood of Jiangmen district in Guangdong province is a natural nidus of Angiostrongylus cantonensis.
