1995～2006年东营市碘盐质量状况分析

Analysis of the Iodized Salt Quality in Dongying city from 1995 to 2006

[目的]全面、准确掌握东营市碘盐质量,为确保碘缺乏病防治措施的有效实施提供科学依据。[方法]按照《全国碘盐监测方案》和《山东省碘盐监测方案实施细则》的要求进行碘盐监测,由市级地方病专业人员每年对3县2区的碘盐监测部门和盐业部门进行一次碘盐质量调查。[结果]东营市碘盐质量逐年提高,批发层碘盐合格率从1995年的64.57%提高到2006年的100.00%,居民层碘盐合格率从1995年的61.24%提高到2006年的98.21%。2006年居民碘盐覆盖率、碘盐合格率、合格碘盐食用率分别为96.88%、98.21%、95.14%。[结论]东营市已经达到阶段消除碘缺乏病后,各级领导的持续重视,监督、监测机制进一步完善,只要抓住碘盐质量关,确保碘盐质量保障措施到位,就能够达到持续消除碘缺乏病的目标。

[Objective]To study the iodized salt quality of Dongying, provide appropriate intervention measures in order to eliminate Iodine Deficiency Disorders （IDD）in Dongying. [Methods] According to ＂Iodized Salt Monitoring Scheme in China＂ and ＂Iodized Slat Monitoring Scheme Implementation Manual of Shandong Province＂, iodized salt monitoring was carried out by sampling from iodized salt production processing, packing, and wholesale enterprises once a month, and from inhabitants once a year. Moreover,iodized salt monitoring was carried out by the professional personnel staff for prevention and control of endemic diseases each year in Dongying. [Results]Iodine salt quality in Dongying city has been increased year by year. The qualified rate of iodized salt on wholesale level increased from 50.57% in 1995 to 100.00% in 2006. The qualified rate of iodine salt on inhabitant level increased from 61.24% in 1995 to 98.21% in 2006. In 2006,the coverage rate of inhabitant＇s iodine salt was 96.88 %, the qualified rate of inhabitant＇s iodine salt was 98.21% and the consuming rate of qualified iodine salt was 95.14%. [Conclusion]IDD in Dongying has been controlled. If the iodine salt quality has been ensured, the target of IDD elimination can be reached. But the prerequisite is that leader, s sustained attention, supervision and monitoring mechanism should be further improved.
