摘要
达尔文的自然选择学说在揭示生物种群进化规律的同时,也蕴含着深刻的哲学思想。从进化的视角出发,技术进步策略由于其所具有的多样性、延续性和社会选择性等特点而使其演化过程具有进化色彩。考察技术进步策略的进化机制得出:在群内,由于自主创新策略要耗费较多的研发成本,从而其适应性劣于技术引进策略而遭淘汰;在群间,自主创新策略却由于能够为其他技术的研发带来间接效用而使整体适应性得到增强,从而获得选择。因此,在全球经济一体化、竞争国际化的今天,中国自主创新策略的选择具有合理性与必然性。
Darwin's Theory of Evolution by Natural Selection revealed the laws governing the evolution of biological populations and the implicit and profound philosophy behind the theory, however, facilitates the research in other disciplinary fields. From the evolutionary perspective technology progress strategy is characterized by diversity, consistency and social selection etc which !end a smack of evolution to its evolutionary process. In this paper, we explore the evolutionary mechanism of technology progress strategy and conclude that within populations groups, independent innovation strategy takes up more R&D expenditure, and is rejected due to its adaptability inferior to that of technology importation strategy. On the other hand, between populations groups, independent innovation strategy can generate induced effectiveness for technology R&D, which significantly improve its overail adaptability, and is preferred. Hence, this conclusion testifies to the selection of independent innovation strategy in China is rational and necessary in the context of economic globalization and growing international competition.
