1,2-丙二胺Schiff碱双核铜配合物的合成与晶体结构 被引量:4

Synthesis and Crystal Structure of Copper Binuclear Complex with Schiff Base of 1,2-Diaminopropane

摘要 在室温条件下合成了N,N′-二(3-羧基水杨醛叉)-1,2-丙二胺Schiff碱双核铜配合物Cu2MES.2H2O[H4MES=N,N′-二(3-羧基水杨醛叉)-1,2-丙二胺Schiff碱].通过IR,元素分析对配合物进行了表征,并用单晶X射线衍射测定了其结构.配合物属三斜晶系,空间群P-1,晶体学参数:a=0.78013(10)nm,b=1.10412(14)nm,c=1.15974(15)nm,α=80.067(2)°,β=74.129(2)°,γ=80.627(2)°,分子式C19H18Cu2N2O8,V=0.9394(2)nm3,Z=2,Dc=1.872Mg/m3,F(000)=536,R1=0.0495,wR2=0.1269,S=1.050.晶体分子中,两个Cu(Ⅱ)通过酚氧原子连在一起,Cu1处于两个N原子、两个酚氧原子形成的平面四方形中,Cu2处于同一平面,配位原子为两个酚氧原子和两个端基羧氧原子. The title complex Cu2 MES·2 H2O [-H4 MES = N, N′-bis(3-carboxylsalicylidene)-1, 2- diaminopropane] is synthesized in methanol at room temperature. The structure is characterized by elemental analysis, IR and single crystal X-ray diffraction. It crystallizes in triclinic system, space group P-1, with a=0. 780 13(10) nm, b= 1. 104 12(14) nm, c= 1. 159 74(15) nm, α= 80.067(2)°, β = 74. 129(2)°, γ = 80.627(2)°, Molecular formula C19H18Cu2N2O8,V= 0.939 4(2) nm^3,Z=2,Dc=1.872 Mg/m^3,F(000) = 536,R1 = 0.049 5,wR2= 0.126 9,S =1. 050. The crystal is constructed with binuclear units, in which the two copper atoms are bridged by two phenolic oxygen atoms. Copper atom 1 is coordinated by two nitrogen atoms, two phenolic oxygen atoms in a planar geometry; copper atom 2 is coordinated by two phenolic oxygen atoms and two carboxyl oxygen atoms in the same plane.
