摘要 随着水资源供需矛盾日益加剧,合理配置已成为实现水资源可持续利用的重要手段,本文系统地阐述了我国水资源配置方面取得的研究和应用成果,分析了常用的两种配置模型——优化模型和模拟模型。结合工程实际,研究优化与模拟耦合在水资源合理配置中的应用,实现了水资源合理配置时间和空间的有机耦合。 With the conflict between supply and demand of water resources getting worse, rational allocation has become the most important means to realize the sustainable utilization of water resources. The research and applied finding in water resources allocation of China is illustrated systematically. During allocation two usual models are anaylsed that optimization model and simulation model. In combination with project,it does some studies on the application of coupling optimization and simulation and the organic coupling of time and space has realized in the water resources rational allocation.
