摘要
21世纪的企业竞争中人才竞争是关键。人力资源是一种无形资源,是可再生资源。一个企业要想在残酷的竞争中立于不败之地,就要广纳贤才和留住人才。留住人才的关键又在于坚持人本管理和满足人才的物质需要和精神需要。
In 21century, talents competition is the key point in enterprises competition. Human resource is an invisible resource and a reproduction resource. If the enterprise wants to be the winner in the competition, he will employ a lot of talented persons and try to keep them stay in the enterprise. The key point is that we should insist on human departmental management and meeting the persons' material and spiritual needs.
