An Analysis on the Land Use Degree Change and Driving Forces in New Rural Village Experimental Region——Take the Baishiyi Town in Chongqing Municipality as the Example

针对具有区域特色的农业产业化地区,尤其是新农村试点地区的土地利用实际情况,提出了微观土地利用程度综合评价模型,以重庆市白市驿镇为例,定量分析十年来土地利用程度变化状况.运用主成分分析法揭示了该地区土地利用程度变化的驱动力.

Being aimed at the agriculture region of industrialization with its regional distinguishing features especially the reality＇s conditions of new rural village experimental regions, the paper proposes a new microcosmic model and quantitatively analyses the changes of land use degree over 10 years taking the Baishiyi town as the example. And using principal components analytic method finds its driving forces.
