摘要
该合金含30~40 wt%Ag,5~15 wt%Cu,1~5 wt%Ga,其余为Pd.合金具有小的电阻率、小的电阻温度系数和对Cu热电势,具有高的硬度与强度以及弹性模量.在退火态该合金呈单相面心立方固溶体结构,时效过程中逐渐析出体心立方沉淀相.
A aged hardening Pd alloy contains 30~40 wt.% silver, 5~15 wt.% copper, 1~4. wt.% gallium, and balance palladium. The alloy have small electric resistivity and. its temperature coefficient and small thermoelectric power, high hardness, strength and elastic modulus. The alloy is single f. c. c. solid solution in annealing state, and precipitate gradually a b. c.c. phase during the aging process.
