摘要 芳香酮化合物广泛存在于天然产物及药物中间体中,是许多有机化合物的重要结构单元。目前合成芳香酮化合物的方法有多种,其中利用苯硼酸与羧酸衍生物进行Suzuki-Type偶联反应是制备芳香酮化合物的主要手段之一。近年来该类反应受到广泛关注并取得了一定进展。就近几年Suzuki-Type反应的研究进展情况进行了综述。 Aryl ketones are important building blocks in the synthesis of natural products and pharmaceutical compounds, and a number of approaches for the preparation of aryl ketones have been introduced. The palladium - catalyzed arylboronic acid mediated Suzuki - Type cross - coupling reaction is one of the most important methods. This paPer reports the recent development of Suzuki - Type cross - coupling reaction.
