中部崛起战略下沿江城市开发区功能定位研究——以九江经济技术开发区为例

The Researches on the Function Orientation of the Urban Economy Development Zones down the Yangtze River under the Rise Strategy for Central China

九江属于我国中部地区的沿江城市,其经济技术的开发已渐成规模。论文在开发区功能定位理论已有研究基础上,结合九江实际情况,从促进中部崛起战略实施的角度,认为九江经济技术开发区不仅应该具有招商引资、引进高新技术和产业导向的功能,还应该有进行制度建设和机制创新试点、实现区域开发城市化建设、汇聚优秀人才的功能。

Jiujiang belongs to central China down the Yangtze River.The writing,based on the researches conducted on the function orientation theory for economic development zones in association with Jiujiang＇s reality,believes that the Jiujiang Economic-Technical Development Zone should not only have the ability to attract foreign investment,import high and new technology and guide industries,but also the function to build systems,work out mechanisms and attract talent.
