随着西安周边新建330 kV变电站的投运,组建西安绕城光纤汇聚环网的基本条件已经成熟。西安绕城光纤汇聚环网是陕西电力通信"十一五"规划的重要组成部分,文章介绍了该环网的结构,详细论述了环网建设中遇到的问题及解决办法,提出了电力系统建设光纤环网时应该注意的一些问题。

Along with the operation of new 330 kV substations near Xi＇an, it＇s time to construct an optical fiber converge ring around the city. This ring is an important part of the lhh Five-Year Plan of Shanxi electric power communication. The article introduces the structure of this high-speed converge ring around Xi＇an, analyzes the problems during the construction and their solutions, and gives some suggestions for constructing power optical fiber ring network.
