摘要
随着光纤通信技术的迅速发展,电力系统中语音和数据业务已大部分采取光通信方式,而且这些业务的应用领域正自上而下逐渐地向供电所延伸。这就要求供电所具有足够带宽的网络通信平台,以适应业务发展的需要。文章结合实际需求,介绍了利用VoIP技术组建供电所通信网的设计方案以及开发过程,提出了系统的总体目标、设计要求、主要功能及具体实现方法。目前该网已在宝应县供电公司正式运行1年多,收到良好的效益。
Along with the rapid development of optic fiber communication technology, it has been widely used by power grids for transmitting voice and data services. With the extension of these services to the power supply stations in rural areas, wider bandwidth is needed to meet the needs of business development. Combining with the practical requirements, this paper introduces the de- sign scheme and development process of setting up the communication network in power supply stations by utilizing VoIP technology. It discusses the general aim, designing requirement, main functions and implementation method. This system has been operated in Baoying Power Supply Company for more than one year and some beneficial results have been achieved.
