摘要
介绍了电力通信反事故分析系统,该系统可以为电力通信人员提供一个综合演练平台,同时提高通信管理水平。文章分析了该系统的组织结构和关键技术,描述了系统在培训、反事故演练、考评等方面的主要功能。该系统在电力通信领域具有一定的推广应用价值。
This paper introduces an anti-accident analysis system. This system provides an integrated exercise platform for electric power communication operators and is also helpful to improve communication management capability. In the paper, the system structure and key technologies are analyzed, the main system functions such as training, anti-accident, evaluation etc are also described.
