摘要
在碱性介质中,痕量锇对邻羟基苯基荧光酮与过氧化氢的氧化还原反应有明显的催化作用.以此为基础,本文拟定了高灵敏测锇的催化荧光动力分析法.方法简单和快速,检出限为3×10^(-11)g/ml.经过分离手续,方法可用于岩石样中痕量锇的测定.
A highly sensitive method for the catalytic kinetic fluorimetric determination of trace osmium has been studied. It is based on the catalysis of Os to the reaction of hydrogen peroxide with o-hydroxyphenylfluorone in alkaline medium. The method is simple and rapid. The limit of detection is 3×10^(11)g/ml. This method can be used for the determination of Os in ores.
