摘要
盘环套类锻件几何形状相似,在传统尺寸范围划分上存在重叠及空白区域,给该类锻件CAPP系统自动决策带来困难。本文从锻造企业的生产实际出发,对盘环套类锻件尺寸范围进行了调整和完善,并结合锻造CAPP系统的开发,在锻件类型自动判定、变形工步自动决策等方面做了一定探讨。根据调整后的盘环套类锻件尺寸范围及变形工步,开发了盘环套类的锻造CAPP决策系统,经有关厂家实际使用效果良好。
Disc-ring sleeve forgings are similar in their shapes, and there exist overlaps and blank region in the traditional size scope division. So it is difficult for the forging CAPP system to make a decision automatically. Based on actual production in the forging enterprise, the disc-ring sleeve forging size scope was adjusted and consummated, and an investigation on the aspects of the automatic decision-making method of forging type and deforming procedures combined with the development of forging CAPP system was made. According to the adjusted size scope and deforming procedure of the disc-ring sleeve forging, the forging CAPP system was developed successfully. Its applied result in the related enterprises indicates that the system is of certain usability.
