半空心铆钉自冲铆接工艺过程的数值模拟 被引量:25

摘要 采用DEFORM-2D软件对半空心铆钉自冲铆接工艺过程进行数值模拟,分析了铆接成形过程、应力应变和行程载荷变化趋势。采用观察铆接截面形状和行程-载荷曲线的方法,分析了凹模凸台高度和铆钉材料对铆接接头质量的影响。结果表明,在一定范围内增加凹模凸台高度,能提高铆接接头的自锁性能;适当硬度的铆钉有利于形成具有良好的力学性能的铆接接头。 Finite element simulation of the riveting process of semi-tubular rivet was carried out by DEFORM-2D software. Forming process of the riveting, distribution of stress and strain, and load-stroke behavior were analyzed. The influence of raised altitude of concave die and rivet material on riveted joint performance was analyzed by means of riveted joint section shape and displacement-load curve. The results show that increasing raised altitude of concave die can enhance self-locking performance of riveted joint in certain scope, and that rivet of suitable hardness is advantageous to form riveted joint of better mechanics performance.
