摘要
为了满足采油作业的需要,设计了圆柱筋条式抽油杆。与标准规格的方形抽油杆相比,具有抗疲劳强度好且拆卸方便的优点。根据该抽油杆模锻时金属塑性变形的特点,论述了该抽油杆的两个镦锻难点,并做了分析优化,最终确定了Φ25.4 mm圆柱筋条式抽油杆的镦锻工艺方案。经生产实践证明,使用该工艺方案锻造出的抽油杆强度高、精度好、使用寿命长,具有显著的社会效益和经济效益。
In order to fulfill with the development of the oil industry, a new type of cylindrical ribwork sucker rod was designed. This sucker rod had good tired strength and fitting performance compared to the traditional one. According to the metal's plasticity, two difficulties during the forging process for this sucker rod were expounded, and then, a set of high accuracy dies with simple structure were designed for Ф25.4 mm cylindrical ribwork sucker rod. The advantage of the production of this new type of sucker rod was verified that it was of high intensity and production efficiency as well as long service life. The social and economical efficiency is remarkable.
