摘要
通过对西安市南二环交通噪声污染现状进行监测,研究了南二环交通噪声的分布规律,并提出防治措施。结果表明:南二环交通噪声Leq的时间变化规律是昼高夜低,并与车流量呈明显的正相关,噪声的空间分布也表现出一定的规律,沿公路走向噪声变化不大,无明显的地域特征,在与线路垂直方向上,噪声随距路边的距离的增加而衰减,而竖直方向则先随高度增加而增加,在10-18m高时达最大,之后随高度增加呈有规律的衰减。影响交通噪声的因素较多,噪声控制是一个系统工程,必须统筹考虑,科学规划,避重就轻,将噪声预防的整体思想融入设计,并实施。
Traffic noise surveying was performed in Nan Er Huan highway of Xi'an,based on the noise pollution situations and distribution law and space have been analyzed and the treatment method have been put forward. The results showed: the noise is higher in the daytime than in the evening, There is a very significant linear dependence between the traffic noise and the automobile quantity. The spatial distribution of noise is regular too, following the direction of the highway the noise doesn't greatly change and the noise reduce with the distance from roadside at horizontal direction, and at vertical direction, the noise first increase then let up with height and it have the biggest noise at 10 -18 m. The traffic noise can be influenced by many factors and scientific planning and overall arrangement is the basic method of noise pollution prevention and control.
