摘要 柔性基础隔振系统是隔振降噪一种重要技术,而功率流方法是评价隔振效果的有效方法。通过研究柔性基础上多点支承隔振系统的功率流传递特性,得到了功率流传递公式,详细讨论了柔性基础隔振系统各结构参数,如基础刚度、隔振器刚度、机器质量、隔振器安装位置以及隔振器和柔性基础的阻尼对隔振效果的影响,给出了柔性基础隔振系统设计中结构参数选择的一般准则。 Vibration isolation system on the flexible foundation is an important technique in vibration and noise isolation field. Power flow analysis is also an important method to evaluate system's isolation effectiveness. By investigating the power flow transmission from a vibrating rigid machine through multi- ple elastic mounts to a flexible simply supported plate, the power flow transfer expression was attained. Some influence of the system's parameters on power flow transfering characteristics was discussed, such as stiffness of blank foundation and isolator, machine mass, the positions of isolators, the damping of blank foundation and isolator. The general law to choose the structural parameters is given.
