＂有-无＂Strueture is a common syntactic structure in Minnan dialect. This paper, based on the established findings, expounds on the syntactic function and meaning of ＂有＂ and ＂无＂ , respectively as auxiliary, adjective and particles, in different syntactic patterns, and their historical significance in ancient Chiense, and coneludes that ＂有-无＂ Structure has been passed down virtually intact from ancient Chinese.
