摘要
针对我国的郁金香种球大部分需从荷兰进口及郁金香种球存在退化严重、分球繁殖速度慢等问题进行了郁金香的组织培养研究,得出以下结果:(1)鳞片诱导形成愈伤组织的诱导率最高(9.25%),诱导形成愈伤组织的最佳外植体为鳞片;(2)筛选出最佳的起始培养基,叶和鳞片的起始培养基均为MS+NAA2mg.l-1+BAO.2mg.l-1,鳞茎盘的起始培养基为MS+NAA3mg.l-1+BA2mg.l-1。
Most of our country tulip bulb are imported from Holand. Tulip bulb degeneration is serious after first growth. Generation speed is slow. Tissue culture of tulip was studied. The results showed that scale was easy to induce calli (9.29 % ), the best induction medium of leaf and scale was MS + NAA2mg·1^-1 + BA0.2mg·1^-1, and the induction medium of scale dish was MS + NAA3mg·1^-1 + BA2mg·1^-1.
