S100A8与辐射相关性的研究进展

摘要 S100A8钙结合蛋白是高度保守的、低分子质量的酸性蛋白,具有多种生理学功能。小鼠S100A8蛋白对于骨髓细胞是一种很强的化学诱导剂,参与众多的急性和慢性炎性反应,并与癌症的发生密切相关,S100A8基因的失活可导致胚胎死亡。在MCF-7细胞、表皮细胞以及骨髓等组织中,辐射可以诱导S100A8基因的表达,由此确定S100A8基因是新的辐射诱导基因。 S100A8 calcium-binding protein is highly conserved, low-molecular-weight acidic protein with important functions. Murine S100A8 is a potent chemoattractant for myeloid cells, and has been associated with a number of acute and chronic inflammatory conditions. Inactivation of the S100A8 gene is embryonic lethal. Evidence has indicated that ionizing radiation can induce expression of S 100A8 gene, so we confirm that S 100A8 gene is a new radiation-induced gene.
