超严质量水平下计数抽样检验方法的改进

随着生产水平的不断提高,产品的不合格品率迅速降低。GB2828作为国内现行的计数抽样检验程序,在超严质量水平下,暴露出不能有效区分不同批次、不同厂家产品的质量水平的缺点。为此,本文由抽样方案的OC曲线入手,比较分析了GB2828与ISO14560的差异,阐述了国内引入ISO14560的可行性及施行此标准的意义。

Along with the production level raising, the nonconforming item＇s ratio reduces rapidly. In super stdct quality level, GB2828 as an actual acceptance sampling measure in our country, can＇t be efficient to differentiate the quality level of different blocks and factories. Then, the article analyses the difference of GB2828 and ISO14560 through OC curve, and expatiates the feasibilities to import our country and the meanings to put in force.
