摘要
社会的发展、民族间的交流、文化的传播等因素为语言间的相互影响和渗透提供了条件和基础。词汇互借是语言、文化需求的产物。从英汉词汇互借的方式和内容上可反映出英汉词汇互借对各自语言的影响,这种影响体现了语言的融合。
Factors such as social development, the ground for infiltration of languages. To meet the communication between nations and cultural exchange prepare requirement of language and culture, languages borrow words from each other. In this paper, through studying the borrowing mode and scope of borrowed words between English and Chinese, the author discusses their respective influence on the other language, which represents the fusion of languages.
