摘要
建立了同时考虑循环流化床宽筛分物料动态质量平衡以及送风系统流体网络特性的复合压降模型,这是对以往数学模型中采用静态质量平衡及割裂风量和压降关系的修正和改进。该模型可以正确地反映如排渣量、给风流量等锅炉运行参数变化时,床内压降,床料筛分,密相床高度等参数的动态变化情况,从而为建立循环流化床整体动态数学模型奠定了基础。
Abstract The compounded pressure drop mathematical model, which describes the dynamic mass balance of broad size distribution materials entering and leaving CFBC system and considers the coupling between fluidized bed pressure drop and primary air feed rate as well as air fan characteristics, is established. In this paper, there are some modifying and improvements at the passed mathematical model. The model is capable of reflecting the dynamic changing process of hydrodynamic parameters such as the pressure drop, solids size distribution and the height of dense bed when the manipulating variables, e.g. air feed rate, coal feed rate, buttom ash removal rate, and the size distribution of feed coal, change. Such a model lays a sound foundation for the further establishment of the dynamic model of the entire CFBC boiler system.
