摘要
通过正确建立及求解启动过程工质侧、烟气侧及金属蓄热所遵循的数学模型,开发了能够模拟计算配有不同型式锅炉启动系统的直流锅炉由点火至锅炉负荷达35%MCR过程的计算机程序OTBSP。以石洞口第二电厂2号机组1993年7月6日冷态启动作为验证算例,计算结果表明程序是正确可靠的。程序OTBSP模拟了哈尔滨锅炉厂开发设计的600MW变压运行超临界参数锅炉冷态、温态、热态启动由点火至锅炉负荷达35%MCR的过程,为锅炉启动系统的优化设计提供了依据,配合锅炉厚壁元件热应力及寿命分析程序,还可为运行人员提供最佳启动曲线。
A computer program OTBSP is developed to simulate the once through boiler start up from lighting off to 35% MCR load by establishing and solving the start up mathematical model. The reliability of the program is verified through simulating the unit No.2 cold starting (July 7, 1993) of the Shidongkou Second Power Plant. The program is used to simulate the cold, warm and hot starting of 600MW sliding pressure operation supercritical boiler designed by Harbin Boiler Works, the simulating results can be used to optimize the boiler start up system design and to provide the optimizing start up curves.
