摘要
高温陶瓷过滤器是最具发展潜力的除尘技术,其除尘效率可达99.9%以上,使净化烟气含尘浓度小于30mg/kg完全可以满足烟机要求和环保排放标准。作者总结了近几年3种高温陶瓷过滤器在新型高温陶瓷过滤材料、小型过滤器性能试验和大型高温商用过滤器设计方面的研究进展,并指出了在向商业化发展中的几个主要问题。
Abstract High temperature ceramic filtering is a filter technique with the most promising outlook. Its filtering efficiency may exceed 99.9% so that dust concentration in clean gas may drop below 30mg/kg, which fully satisfies gas turbine and environment protection requirements. The paper's author epitomizes the progress gained during recent years in research on three kinds of high temperature ceramic filters concerning material, property tests of small sized filters and design of high temperature merchandized filters. The main problems existing on the way of merchandizing are also mentioned.
