摘要
目的探讨双歧杆菌活菌与灭活菌对结肠癌细胞系HT-29粘附作用的对比分析。方法用光镜技术分析了不同时相双歧杆菌对肠黏膜上皮细胞的粘附指数,对热灭活状态和活菌状态双歧杆菌对结肠癌细胞系HT-29的粘附性进行了对比分析,并对双歧杆菌的耗尽培养上清对其粘附性的影响作了初步探讨。结果双歧杆菌活菌与灭活菌对肠上皮细胞均具有较强的粘附性,双歧杆菌耗尽培养上清能使双歧杆菌对肠上皮细胞的粘附指数增加。结论灭活的双歧杆菌和双歧杆菌活菌具有相似的微生态学效应。
Objectives The study was to investigate the adhesive ability of the intestinal probiotics as living and heat-killed Bifidobacterium to human colon cultured carcinoma cell line HT-29 cells. Methods With microscope the adherence index of the living and heat-killed Bifidobacterium were observed. The effects of spent culture supernatant on the adhesive ability of heat-killed Bifidobacterium were also studied. Results Bifidobacterium had good adhesive abilities to HT-29 cells. Spent culture supernatant of Bifidobacterium can strenthen adhesive ability of Bifidobacterium to HT-29 cells. Conclusion Living Bifidobacterium had similar potential value to be microecologics as heat-killed Bifidobacterium.
